                      “Think positive!”

It is quite common to hear people say: “Think positive!”, to someone who feels down and worried. Most people do not take these words seriously, as they do not know what they really mean, or do not consider them as useful and effective.

  Positive thinking is a mental attitude that admits into the mind thoughts, words and images that are conductive to growth, expansion and success.  It is a mental attitude that expects good and favorable results.

A positive mind anticipates happiness, joy, health and a successful outcome of every situation and Whatever the mind expects, it finds.Negative thoughts, words and attitude bring up negative and unhappy moods and actions.

When the mind is negative, poisons are released into the blood, which cause more unhappiness and negativity. This is the way to failure, frustration and disappointment.absence of faith create negativityin your attitude and   in yourself and faith in God makes good things happen to you.

 Develop the positive attitude leads to happiness and success, Positive attitude helps to cope more easily with the daily affairs of life.  It brings optimism into your life, and makes it easier to avoid worry and negative thinking. If you adopt it as a way of life, it will bring constructive changes into your life, and makes them happier, brighter and more successful.  With a positive attitude you see the bright side of life, become optimistic and expect the best to happen. It is certainly a state of mind that is well worth developing and strengthening. It’s important to let the Universe know what you want. Not everything in life that is good just happens.Sometimes we need a little push. Sometimes we need a little help to get going again and to get into a positive attitude.

During a time when the world seems a bit uncertain the power of positive thinking is more important than ever. One reason is when one person puts out a vibe or certain type of energy it can and will be picked up by everyone! Your positive thoughts are being felt by others all the time, whether you realize it or not.it’s important that we all send positive love and energy to each other every day. following are some suggestions to make positivity in ur life . 1. Reserve Judgment. Spend a whole day not judging anyone or anything. 2. Create a happy zone in your mind. There are many ways to do this. Visualization is a great way to start. 3. Believe in yourself as someone without limits. Spend the day doing things you felt you were to afraid to try.  4. Use positive words. Watch and listen to what you say to yourself all day long. Make sure you are using positive words to speak to yourself. Example of positive words would be taking to yourself as kindly as you would to your best friend. Use positive words like honey and sweetie in referring to yourself.  5. Smile every fifteen minutes. Smiling changes your perception about life. Know that what you think about all day is your reality. 6. Practice acceptance of knowing there is a purpose for everything that happens in life. Find the lesson in each situation and know it is meant to be. 7. Take time to get in touch with your spiritual self, start meditating every day. Spend some time in silence. You can use guided meditations as well. 

8. Be of service to everyone you come in contact with. Start out your day asking how can help? 9. Tune in to your intuition on daily basis and ask what you should be doing today? Be on purpose when you plan your day then listen.  10. Count your blessings everyday then thank Allah for them. Gratitude is huge in maintaining positive thoughts.  positive thinking is hard to maintain but once it is practiced you will get a positive result from it and your will find your life filled with happiness and joy Islam also teaches us to think positive and have a complete faith on  positive thinking life will become like Hallmark your life best ,do best and get best.

Heart  rate  while doing   exercise  has  great importance  for  effective  workout. if  you are doing  exercise for fat burning  your  bpm heart beat  should not  exceed  more than  85% of your   MHR( maximum heart rate)  if your  bpm exceeds that level  the training thrash hold  changes from  aerobic  to anaerobic which  results in to early  fatigue and  it will slow the fat burning  process.

How to Calculate  Heart Rate

220 – age =     MHR

if  your age is 24   so

220 – 24 =  196   bpm

for aerobic thrash hold  85%  of mhr  will be 166 bpm or it should  be your limit while doing  your  fat burning  workout.watch?v=wFLsjtqiGhE
